Hsinchulun Home provides housing and a supportive living environment for individuals with disabilities who otherwise have nowhere else to live. We currently house 20 residents and are facing a shortfall in funding because of the Covid-19 outbreak.

💡Background
Mr. Chen An-tsung, The founder of Hsinchulun Home Association, was struck with polio at a young age. In his middle age, he suffered a career setback and ended up as a peddler on the streets. During this time, he met many people like him with mobility issues and decided to create a new organization for street sellers, a co-living home where they could support one another. He and his wife Little Ru take care of the daily needs of the residents, provide them with emergency aid, and help them set up small businesses as street sellers and food vendors.
